As a member, we undergo annual audits that verify aspects of our environmental and sustainability practices.  These evaluations help us track progress and identify opportunities to make continuous improvements toward our goals, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and sustainable purchasing.

Here are some measurable impacts that we went into our Green Certification:

• Over 95% of all logs are sourced within 50miles of our operations

• 100% LED lights in all operating buildings and offices

• All wood residuals (mulch, sawdust, sidecuts) are re-used or sold

• Over 80% of our cleaning products are non-toxic & biodegradeable

• All paper products on site are made from recycled materials

• We work with local businesses to repurpose their waste in ways we can use in our business (ex. Townsite Brewery malt bags)​
