CUSTOM CABINETRY AND MILLWORK

Our process involves our customers through every phase

Step 1: Design and Layout

Dimensions and design specifications are determined along with hardware to be used, fit and finish of the final product. From there a complete drawing of the finished product, along with comprehensive drawings of required details for shop production are created, along with cut-lists.

Step 2: Breakout

Raw materials and sheet goods are allocated as per the technical drawings produced in the design and layout stage. Sheet goods are broken down and machined into individual cabinet parts, and Solid wood is surfaced and joined to produce trim, faces, doors, furniture and many other parts.

Step 3: Finishing and Assembly

Depending on the product, finishing is done either before or after assembly. Cabinets components are assembled, hardware installed and tested, and any final finish (be it stain, varnish or paint) is applied.
